Rub this on your pork tenderloin before baking and you get a moist, yummy piece of meat!
Mix together:
1 t Garlic Powder
1 t Dried Oregano (leaves or powder)
1 t Ground Cumin
1 t Ground Coriander
1 t Dried Thyme
Dash of salt
1 minced garlic clove
Baste your pork loin with Olive oil and then rub the mix into the tenderloin before you bake it.
