1 9 oz package romaine lettuce
1 5 oz package mixed greens
1 English Cucumber, sliced
1 4 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1/2 C pitted Kalamata olives
2 C Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
6 Hard-Cooked Eggs, halved
3/4 C Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/3 C Greek Vinaigrette
Divide all ingredients but vinaigrette into 6 plates, then drizzle vinaigrette
